Five possible new sand and gravel quarries have been highlighted as part of a plan to identify where materials for new housing, infrastructure and workplaces over the next 15 years could be sourced.The sites are at Barnby Moor, Botany Bay (both Bassetlaw district), Coddington, Flash Farm (both Newark and Sherwood) and Shelford in the Rushcliffe area.As well as the new sites, 14 sites have previously been identified to be included within the plan.
