A swanky new city centre cafe bar is the latest to open under a high-quality brand in Nottinghamshire.Copper is opening in the former home of the Reflex 1980s bar, on the corner of Upper Parliament Street and Market Street, and has created around 30 jobs.A private party for 200 guests was held at a launch evening on Thursday night.But it was to be the turn of the general public, when Copper - which has two other similar venues in West Bridgford and Mapperley - opens at 8am on Friday.General...
