The head of a Nottinghamshire newsagent chain says a vote by MPs to standardise cigarette packaging will lead to a "smugglers' paradise". Politicians have voted by 367 to 113 in favour of the plain packets, which, if also passed by the House of Lords, will mean that from 2016, every cigarette packet will look the same except for the make and brand.
