Traffic chaos has ensued at a major city centre roundabout - while council workers plant shrubs.A lane of both carriageways of Maid Marian Way has been coned off, up to the Friar Lane junction.It has led to stop-start traffic backed up all the way from Wollaton Street, onto the Tolhouse Hill roundabout and onto Maid Marian Way.Impatient drivers could be heard beeping at other motorists as they tried to beat traffic lights on the roundabout.The outside lane on the Maid Marian Way..
