HIV is a topic that, despite decades of awareness and public campaigning, is still taboo among some communities.Whether it be through cultural sensitivities or personal fears, many people either do not get tested or simply refuse to discuss it.But now, Nottingham's black African community is being urged to face it head on thanks to a new charity campaign.The Terrence Higgins Trust, an HIV charity, has launched its Champions Of Change campaign.This comes after statistics by Public Health England.
