IT'S not the typical everyday scene you might find inside a care home – corridors decked with massive spiders and witches zipping on broomsticks between the rooms.The Balmore Country Home in Loughborough Road, Ruddington, is a bit different though. To celebrate Halloween this year, and raise money to help fight cancer, it held a Halloween activities day yesterday with staff and visitors arriving in full ghoulish costume. All of the money from the event will be going to charity Stand Up to.
