TomNorton published Former Ilkeston college site to be turned into 64 homes

Sixty-four houses are being built on the former site of an Ilkeston college as part of a £6.7million development.The brownfield site, formerly South East Derbyshire College, will include 20 two-three bedroom homes for private sale, eight two bedroom properties for shared ownership and 36 homes for low-rent housing.
