TomNorton published Demolition crews continue work on former Player's factory

ALMOST half of the former Player's factory has been demolished in an effort to put out a fire which has lasted nine days.More work is expected tomorrow as well as the front of the factory facing onto Player Street is brought down as well. The fire at the old building has been burning since 2pm last Monday. The demolition work, which took place this morning on the Norton Street side of the site, is the second scheduled set of works in less than a week. It has been done to help firefighters access
