THE owner of a soon to-be-opened pub in Ilkeston says the town is on the cusp of becoming a "real-ale drinker's paradise".Simon Clarke, who owns the Truly Scrumptious sandwich shop, was recently given permission to develop a derelict shop in Market Street into a micro-pub.
