TomNorton published Care home branded 'inadequate' for third time in one year

A care home which vowed to make improvements after a series of abysmal inspections has again failed to meet standards.The Victoria Cottage Residential Home in Station Road, Lowdham, has been branded inadequate twice this year by watchdogs the Care Quality Commission over a catalogue of failures.
