Police have arrested a Big Issue seller following an attack in the city centre. Officers were called to the area outside Poundland on Wheeler Gate at around 2.35pm. Three officers arrived and arrested the man who was taken to Central Police Station. The victim, who suffered a nosebleed, was offered ambulance assistance but declined.
