Notts County and Carlisle United fans have paid a moving tribute to a 22-year-old Magpies fan who died suddenly in her sleep.Katie Bellaby, who grew up in Clifton but moved to The Meadows, had been on a girls' night out in Birmingham when tragedy struck.
