The computer programmer who lived in Brussels was among dozens killed in two bomb attacks on Tuesday morning. David Dixon, the Briton who went missing following the Brussels terrorist attack, has been confirmed dead by the Foreign Office. Mr Dixon, who is thought to have connections with Nottingham, was last heard from on Tuesday morning.
