Eastwood's DH Lawrence Heritage Centre is to close next year.Members of Broxtowe Borough Council's Cabinet made the decision to close the centre, also known as Durban House, last nightbecause of funding concerns.The council has previously argued for the centre's closure, but it has been kept afloat by outside funding as well as being supported by public campaigning.It is expected to shut its doors by March next year.
