Eyewitnesses have spoken out after claiming to see parking tickets handed out to cars at a Memory Walk in Nottingham. Shelly Mercer and her partner Ervin Wallace claim a parking attendant had been handing out tickets at the Alzheimer's Memory Walk in Wollaton Park on Saturday, September 10. The event, which helps raise thousands of pounds for charity, was attended by hundreds of people many of whom had family members with Alzheimer's and dementia.
