New wearable technology could 'open up the world' to the visually impaired. That is according to one partially sighted woman who tested out the state of the art OrCam technology today at the intu Victoria Centre.The device fits onto any pair of glasses and responds to simple gestures - such as a point of a finger - to discretely dictate text to the user.
