After entertaining beach lovers for over six weeks in the city centre, the Deliveroo Beach has finally been taken down. The annual attraction brings a touch of the seaside to the Old Market Square with sand, swimming, fish 'n' chips, two pence machines and a few white knuckle rides. The Beach officially opened on Friday July 15, days after the Beach Bar opened to the public, and closed yesterday on Sunday, September 4.
