Neighbours have spoken of their shock after a man was seriously injured in a suspected 'meat cleaver' attack - but say the incident is a 'one-off'.A 23-year-old man suffered injuries to both of his knees following the attack on Bakewell Drive, Top Valley, at about 8.15pm on Thursday evening.He was taken to the Queen's Medical Centre.
