Nottingham City Council has invested £2.2 million into buying a warehouse in Oldham.The 16,418 sq ft warehouse in Drury Lane was previously owned by investment company Picton, who bought the building in 2010 for £400,000.The firm refurbished the property, and later let it to The Gym Group until 2031, securing an annual rent of £150,000.Picton's investment, as well as the increased rent, account for the rise from £400,000 to £2.2 million - but the sale has raised...
