Nathan D'Cunha, 22, of Clarges Street, Bulwell, had the case against him abandoned after he denied assaulting a woman in Bulwell on July 21, 2013. He previously entered a not guilty plea at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. On the day of his trial, no evidence was offered and the case against him dismissed.Mr D'Cunha said afterwards: "I'm glad the ordeal is over. I always denied the allegation. I did not do it."
