Drivers are being warned of delays on the M1 during rush hour due to a broken down vehicle.Two lanes were closed on the northbound carriageway around junction 24 at about 5pm while the vehicle was recovered. All lanes have now reopened, but delays are said to be back to junction 23. A spokesman for Highways England, said: "Recovery is complete, and all lanes are now open again on the M1 northbound within junction 24.
