John Jay Moores is understood to be on a plane heading to the UK to complete his takeover of Nottingham Forest.It had been hoped the former owner of the San Diego Padres would take control of the Reds on Tuesday, but there was a delay in the deal being completed.Earlier in the day, Moores said he did not have a definitive date for when it would go through.He told American journalist Barry Bloom: "I am optimistic that we will close soon.
