A patient at Rampton Secure Hospital in Nottinghamshire has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act after he attacked a resident with a pen.Jacob Riley, 29, inflicted blows to the head, neck and shoulder of a co-patient with the pen as he played on a Nintendo Wii.Despite the victim describing the attack as "frenzied", Nottingham Crown Court heard his injuries were minor.Riley was prosecuted for assault, causing bodily harm following the incident on October 18, 2015.Read more:...
