A man has been jailed for 14 months after he drunkenly threatened a dog walker with a pair of scissors. Recorder Sally Hancox said it must have been absolutely terrifying for the man as she sentenced James Hill, of Wembly Gardens, Bramcote, on Tuesday (May 30) at Nottingham Crown Court.Hill, 34, got out the scissors, with a broken handle, just before 6pm in Baulk Lane, Stapleford, on January 8.
