A dangerous driver will go to prison for three years and four months after seriously injuring a teenage girl. Judge Timothy Spencer QC said he will ban Illya Weston, 41, of Town Mill Close, Southwell, from the roads for five years and ordered he take an extended retest.The judge will formerly impose the sentence on October 4, after Weston, who is in hospital, has finished treatment for an infection contracted from injecting illegal drugs.
