A robber behind a terrifying knife-point raid at Sainsbury's in Beeston has been jailed for six years.Daniel Casey stuffed his pockets and a bright orange Sainsbury's bag with cash during the early morning robbery at the store in Blenheim Drive on New Year's Eve.Nottingham Crown Court heard police captured him crossing a recreation ground in Chilwell. Two knives were found and his loot of more than £1,000 from the store.Casey, a recovering heroin addict of no fixed address, pleaded guilty.
