A man has been remanded in custody on charges of falsely imprisoning a woman and sexual touching in March last year. Thomas McEvoy, 27, appeared at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Thursday where he is also accused of common assault and theft of alcohol from a Co-op store.Penny Morley, defending, made no bail application on behalf of McEvoy, who gave his address as Conway Road, Carlton.
