The "resounding success" of Bettina Kristiansen's new backpackers' hostel in the city centre has earned her a nomination for the Post's Women in Business Awards. Ms Kristiansen, of Basford, launched Igloo Hybrid – a cross between a hostel and hotel – in Eldon Chambers, Wheeler Gate, in July.
