The opening of a new tapas restaurant in Nottingham is just the start of an expansion plan for a Plumtree family business.Brothers David and Jon Perkins, of Perkins Family (Good Table & Cheer Ltd), have teamed up with chef-director Sarah Newham to open Baresca in the building previously occupied by nightclub Dogma in Byard Lane.They also own the Perkins Restaurant and the Carriage Hall wedding and events venue in Plumtree and Escabeche tapas bar in West Bridgford,Baresca is expected to open.
