It's time to get excited make-up addicts, Nottingham's first Urban Decay store opens tomorrow and there will be freebies up for grabs. It officially opens to the public at 9.30am tomorrow (Thursday, December 1) and for the first three days they will be handing out free Naked Palettes alongside complimentary consultation services (to be booked for a future date).
