Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing 57-year-old man. Neil Foster was last seen in the Highbury Vale area, Bulwell, at about 2.10pm on Friday October 23. He has been described as vulnerable and has gone missing without his medication but police says he is not thought to be a threat to the public.
