The Caterer.com
Purecraft was founded by restaurateur Andreas Antona formerly of Michelin-starred Simpsons in Birmingham and the Cross in Kenilworth and Paul Halsey of Purity Brewing. The first site opened in Birmingham in 2014 and Nottingham followed in March 2016.
