PMBlackburn published Crash closes the A1 in Nottinghamshire

A two car crash has closed a section of the A1 in North Nottinghamshire.Police were called to the major road at 10.40am on Thursday morning after a white Fiat and blue Ford Fiesta crashed.Officers have closed the road between Tuxford and Cromwell but it is expected to reopen shortly.There are not believed to have been any injuries.A tweet from Highways Agency in the East Midlands said: "#A1 n/b btwn the B1164 #Cromwell & the #A6075 #Tuxford is closed following a traffic collision....
