PMBlackburn published Crash causes congestion on one of Nottingham's main roads

ONE of the city's main roads was reduced to just one lane after a crash.The incident took place at the junction of Lower Parliament Street and Hockley and traffic was down to just one lane from 4.50pm to 5.45pm. The crash resulted in tailbacks back up Huntingdon Street.
