Philippe Montanier again hailed the importance of substitutes to Nottingham Forest this season, after seeing two men come off the bench to help secure a much needed 3-1 win over Birmingham. Apostolos Vellios and Hildeberto Pereira both needed fine goals to secure three points for the Reds, after Eric Lichaj had initially given Montanier's side the lead.
