NottmPostEG published Playhouse panto best selling in its history

Nottingham Playhouse pantomime, Sleeping Beauty, which ended at the weekend after a ten week run, was the best-selling in the theatre's history.
Chief executive Stephanie Sirr said: "We are absolutely delighted to go into 2015 on such a high. It's a testament to the hard work and determination of cast, staff and crew who've provided a theatrical experience enjoyed by families across the midlands."
Tickets sales were up by 6% from last year's Jack and the Beanstalk.
