A restaurant named in my own image? It has to be Zizzi, which I am told is a version of the Sicilian Italian for "stylish youth." Looking cool in a crisp new lilac-checked shirt with fashionably slim navy tie, I took a table at the Nottingham element of a business that sold a few weeks back for £250 million – even with 100-plus outlets, not a bad cough for just 15 years' work.
