The term OG probably entered mainstream English usage in 1991 when gangster rapper Ice-T released his fourth album 'O.G.', meaning Original Gangster.
So, to be 'Triple OG' is to be the ultimate gangster and a bit of a general neighbourhood crime hazard.
Fortunately John Harris and Jake Kent were neither of these things when they selected the moniker Triple OG for their fledgling art 'zine project in Nottingham.
"We just liked the name," says Harris.
