Rebecca Adlington has described the pain she suffered when she dislocated her shoulder in Channel 4's celebrity ski show The Jump as "worse than childbirth". The double-Olympic swimming gold medallist, from Mansfield, was injured during filming of the show and it is not yet known whether she will continue in the competition.Her shoulder was out of its joint for 40 minutes as she lay on the safety mat after clocking up speeds of 30mph on the slope, in Innsbruck, Austria.
