Coventry Blaze forward Ryan O'Marra has been banned for four games for a hit which left Nottingham Panthers defenceman Steve Lee seemingly unconscious on the ice.
Lee was helped to the dressing rooms after being laid out by O'Marra in the third period of Friday's 5-0 win for Nottingham.
O'Marra was ejected from the game, prompting a review from the Elite League Department of Player Safety.



It concluded: "O'Marra skates directly at the puck carrier and leads into the check with his left.
