Entertainer and well-known ventriloquist Keith Harris has died, aged 67. The news was confirmed by his agent, Robert C Kelly, via Twitter on Tuesday morning. He said: "Sad to announce death from cancer of my client, dear friend and great talent, Keith Harris."
