A vandal was told he came close to prison after setting light to wheelie bins and smashing city centre office windows.Anthony Whyler, 26, was caught at the Broadway Business Centre on Stoney Street where he caused the damage on January 17, Nottingham Magistrates' Court heard.He admitted arson and being reckless whether property would be damaged at Perspektive and Citi Base in the Lace Market. He also pleaded guilty to breaking two windows. The court heard that he already had an offence of arson.
