Emergency engineering works to the rail line are causing disruptions to train journeys between Sheffield, Derby and Nottingham. The work is being carried out near Dronfield, in Derbyshire, meaning trains are having to be diverted. This is causing delays and extended journey times by up to 20 minutes. National Rail are keeping users up to date with the works via their Twitter page, and expect the problems to carry on until 4pm on Friday afternoon.
