People have been left baffled by a giant billboard that's appeared in Nottingham. The, billboard in Hockley, appears to warn passersby that it is against the law to use their own name. The sign reads: "Legal name fraud. The truth. It's illegal to use a legal name" and has appeared near to the residential apartments at Marco Island, where Beck Street meets Bath Street.
