Nottingham Post published Stolen boat spotted half-sunk in Nottingham canal

A half-sunken canal boat that was stolen from its owner has been spotted in Nottingham's canal.The boat was seen in the canal close to Nottingham Railway Station on May 2.A spokesman for the Canal and River Trust confirmed the owner called them over the weekend about the theft."From what I can gather the boat was stolen and whoever has taken it has damaged it," said the spokesman."We had a call from the owner over the weekend and she was obviously quite upset."Read more:...
