A serial flasher jailed after spreading panic and outrage among the Nottingham public had his sentence halved by senior judges today.Mardell Junior Pennant was handed a four-year jail term at Nottingham Crown Court in February after he admitted outraging public decency.Pennant also pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual offences prevention order.The 28-year-old, of Raleigh Street, Arboretum, terrorised students and passers-by in Oliver Street on January 12.
