The Post has teamed up with Rub Smokehouse Restaurant and Bar in the Lace Market to bring you a fabulous Valentine's Day competition.

We're asking couples across Nottinghamshire to #PostTheLove and upload the cheesiest pictures of themselves and their partner that they can find.
