Nottingham Post published Plans to build 14 new flats given go ahead

Councillors have lost a fight to stop an Ilkeston mill becoming 14 flats - leaving a £6,000 legal bill to come out of public coffers. They refused planning permission for the conversion of the Wood Street building, saying it would force neighbours to park well away from their homes.
