Nottingham's Rebecca Gillespie was crowned national champion at the 2015 British Figure Skating Championships.The 14-year-old won gold in the Advanced Novice Ladies category, competing against 21 skaters.Her toughest rival was 11-year-old Rei Yoshimoto.With a strong short programme performance, Gillespie was just half a point ahead of Yoshimoto at the end of the first day of competition.The competition concluded with the free programme.And it was Gillespie who claimed the title, finishing first.
