Nottingham Post published New affordable homes for Newark

Newark is to gain 70 new affordable homes at the site of a former factory on Sleaford Road. The £7.75m scheme is a partnership between house builder Westleigh, Waterloo Housing Group and Newark and Sherwood District Council. Once constructed the properties will be owned by the Waterloo Housing Group.
